Sheshe Baharini means “A beautiful place by the sea” and has been our family’s private retreat since the 1970’s.

Known locally as the “Castle” because of its striking architecture, the original building was set amongst acres of lush tropical gardens, lapped by the azure waters of the Indian Ocean.

As more and more of our friends came to visit captivated by the magical atmosphere and beauty, our father renowned for his legendary hospitality decided that he wanted to share this beautiful place with the rest of the world and this is how Sheshe Baharini was born.
